3. Baby’s session is secure (and moveable).
If you add a newborn package before baby arrives, we’ll secure your space in our schedule immediately for the newborn shoot.
🗓️ Our unique system means that if baby arrives early or needs more time, your date is adjustable and you’ll have priority - we’ll guarantee that someone is free within a reasonable timeframe. It really couldn’t be easier.
Family ‘M’ had never had professional family photography before and wanted to start small to see how it felt. They chose to have their maternity session at home and were curious about adding a newborn session later.
To keep things flexible, we recommended they start with the Maternity 5-Image Package and secure their Newborn 5-Image Package in advance—ensuring their session was locked in when baby arrived.
After their maternity shoot, they loved the experience so much that they upgraded to the Maternity 10+ (All Images) Package.
When baby arrived, we adjusted their session a week earlier to suit their new timeline, and they loved having the same photographer again for that personal touch.

A small window of opportunity.
Maternity sessions are usually captured around 32-36 weeks, when the baby has almost fully developed and is preparing for their final journey toward the big day! Your bump will be at its biggest by then, but not have dropped too low for the photos.

When Baby Arrives - Our Unique Flexible Scheduling.
We are working WITH you!
Baby will arrive when they’re good and ready, and sometimes they may need a little longer after that.
Because of our flexible booking system, you have the freedom to reschedule your newborn session, as your baby needs.
When you purchase a Maternity & Newborn Package:
• Your newborn photography session is scheduled in advance, for around 7-14 days after the due date. This is moveable by you and secures you a spot in our schedule.
• You have priority booking status, so once baby is born, we can adjust if needed, or you can just keep the original date, knowing it is already secured.
