Terms and Conditions

  1. One offer per customer / transaction only.

  2. Your credit will be applied to your closing balance during your In Home Viewing.

  3. This voucher can not be used in conjunction with any other special offer nor is redeemable for cash value.

  4. Your voucher is valid until the expiry date as shown. Extensions can be granted and must be applied for in writing before expiry.

  5. In order to claim their voucher, all clients must take part in all parts of the experience, including the Online Consultation

  6. Vouchers are not refundable, however a transfer may be allowed if approved by Grain & Weave first

In Home Package Terms and Conditions

Upon purchasing a package, you are required to agree to the terms and conditions before purchase:

  1. This is a Session for Myself and NOT a Gift Voucher

  2. The In-Home Experience Will be Completed Within an 50km Radius of Sydney CBD. (Sydney Only)

We also have the following terms and conditions:

  1. Cancellations are unfortunate and can be rescheduled

  2. We cannot refund for ā€˜change of mindā€™

  3. Sessions are in-home only and not outdoors

  4. Package inclusions can be used as credit toward items of a similar or higher value from our store

  5. Clients must take part in all parts of the experience, including the Online Consultation

Digital Images

Our two sizes of digital images are designed as a ā€˜self-print optionā€™ (DIGI-PRINT) or a ā€˜Digital-onlyā€™ (DIGI-ART) cost-effective option.

All resolutions are printable up to the specific size that we state and are not meant to be printed larger than advised and supplied.

DIGI-ART images are:
JPG, 2400px on the longest side, 300dpi, sRGB (intended for screens but recommended printable size up to 10 inches on the longest side)

DIGI-PRINT images are:
JPG, 6000px on the longest side, 300dpi, sRGB (Recommended printable size up to 30 inches on the longest side)

Third-Party Printers
Grain & Weave Pty will not be held responsible for the quality of the print from third party printers. We can recommend upon request somewhere to print your digital images, and do not recommend general printers, or stores that do not specialise in photographic print.

0% In-House Payment Plan Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The 0% In-House Payment Plan is available for orders with a total balance exceeding $1,500 AUD.

  • Eligibility for the payment plan is determined during the online image design consultation.

2. Payment Structure

  • A minimum deposit of 50% of the total balance is required on the day of ordering.

  • The remaining balance will be split into two equal payments, to be collected automatically on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis, as per the preference indicated by the client during the consultation.

3. Approval Process

  • Our payment plan offers instant approval and does not require a credit check.

  • Clients must provide valid payment details to set up the automatic payments.

4. Production and Delivery

  • Products, including wall-art and images, will begin production the day after the final payment has been processed.

  • Delivery timelines will follow the standard procedure as outlined for all purchases.

5. Early Payment

  • Clients have the option to pay off the remaining balance early without incurring any penalties.

6. Non-Credit Facility

  • This payment plan is not a credit facility, and it does not involve a credit approval process.

  • Full payment is required before any products are produced or released.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • If a cancellation is requested, any payments made prior to cancellation will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee if applicable as per the standard terms and conditions of Grain & Weave.

  • No products will be delivered if the payment plan is not fulfilled as agreed.

8. Modifications to the Payment Plan

  • Grain & Weave reserves the right to modify the terms of the payment plan at any time. Changes will not affect any payment plans entered into prior to such modifications.
